Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
In the very unlikely event that an item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our team at email@example.com. Please quote your name, order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We offer complimentary returns within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. For items returned within 14 days, we will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with or a replacement will be issued.
- For all items returned via post, we recommend that you return and prepay via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Skin Muk will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
- Returned products must be received unopened/unused.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Skin Muk does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Skin Muk retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED PACKAGE (It’s the worst)
We work hard to ensure your package arrives safely, so we will replace any items that arrived damaged in transit. Please email us as soon as you receive your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged package. Please also file a claim with the specific delivery service as they may be responsible for the damage.
Order Cancellations (we totally get it)
You may cancel your online order provided we have not already dispatched it. We’ll refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with. Please contact us as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to accommodate your request
